Full Membership Articles of Association and Agreement

Article I: Our Purpose

Wildly Guided Private Ministry Association (“PMA”) is a membership organization established under the right of private contract and free association, operating within a private jurisdiction not subject to corporate statutes or codes. We associate with others via private contract to further the progress of our Vision and Mission.

Article II: Our Vision

We envision a Humanity awakened to and conscious of its infinite capacity for Life, having transcended the old paradigm and stepped into heroic probability, imagination, creation, collaboration, and a new language.

Here, we thrive rather than merely exist; we choose with intention and purpose; we work in harmony with the forces of Life and Nature. This is where connection with Self is encouraged, innate talents and abilities are discovered and developed, and celebrated for the good of one and the benefit of all.

We flow with new energies as perceptions and perspectives become fluid, less rigid. Awareness and consciousness expand to embody inclusiveness, understanding, self-love, and respect for all Life, harmonizing our collective Soul song: the song of Freedom.

Article III: Our Beliefs

We of Wildly Guided:

• Believe Love, as a state of being rather than an emotion, is the Creator.
• Believe in the principle of “as above, so below,” drawing cosmic energies while connecting with Life from within.
• Believe in the question, “what else is possible?”
• Believe empowering others through knowledge moves humanity toward autonomy, rather than dependency or entitlement.
• Believe that pursuing one’s life purpose free of societal constraints fosters true impact and fulfillment.
• Believe in creating life-enhancing structures that support personal responsibility, mutual respect, freedom, and self-determination.
• Believe in collaboration, cooperation, self-love, and inclusiveness for all humanity and organic life.
• Believe in respecting and honoring Earth as a nurturing partner, not a domain to dominate.
• Believe that true freedom begins within each individual before expanding outward.
• Believe that while embracing our own freedom, we honor the freedom of others.

Article IV: Our Mission

Wildly Guided Ministries:

• Provides tools, resources, and processes enabling Members to liberate themselves from internal and external limitations and achieve physical, emotional, mental, and financial freedom.
• Develops and maintains platforms for Members to fully express their Missions and manifest their Visions.
• Offers education and resources to release limiting mindsets, transcend obsolete paradigms, and internalize the true Freedom necessary to navigate the world.
• Creates a collaborative community to expand collective knowledge, wisdom, and practical solutions, while supporting Members’ personal growth.
• Establishes a marketplace and outreach for the exchange of services and goods.
• Facilitates forums for discussion and sharing among those aligned with the journey toward Freedom.
• Celebrates and respects the diversity of all Life while resonating with natural systems to maintain a thriving planet.

Article V: Privacy and Confidentiality

Wildly Guided Ministries values the privacy and confidentiality of its Members. Information shared within the Association, including member communications, discussions, materials, and resources, is considered private and intended solely for Members.

The Association will not knowingly share Member information with outside parties without consent unless required by law. Members likewise agree to respect the privacy of others and not share private Association materials or communications outside the Association without permission.

Confidentiality and mutual trust are foundational to this private membership community.

Article VI: Member Responsibilities

Members agree to participate respectfully, honestly, and responsibly within the Association.
Members agree to:

• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow Members
• Keep login credentials and protected materials private
• Refrain from harmful, abusive, disruptive, or dishonest conduct
• Accept personal responsibility for their own choices and actions

Wildly Guided Ministries reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if participation undermines the integrity or purpose of the Association.

Article VII: Liability and Personal Responsibility

Members understand and acknowledge that all information, education, discussions, resources, and experiences shared within Wildly Guided Ministries are offered within the private domain for personal growth, educational, spiritual, and informational purposes only. Members understand that information shared within the Association is not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Each Member accepts full personal responsibility for their own choices, actions, interpretations, decisions, health, well-being, and outcomes resulting from participation within the Association. Members understand that Wildly Guided Ministries does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or experiences.

By participating in the Association, Members voluntarily assume responsibility for their participation and agree not to hold Wildly Guided Ministries, its founders, representatives, contributors, or Members liable for any perceived loss, injury, damages, claims, or outcomes arising from participation within the Association or use of its materials, resources, discussions, or services.

Article VIII: Termination of Membership

Membership is voluntary and may be terminated by either the Member or the Association at any time.

The Association may suspend or terminate membership for violations of this Agreement, breaches of confidentiality, sharing protected materials, or behavior deemed harmful to the community or its purpose.

Upon termination, access to all private Association materials and member areas will immediately cease. Confidentiality obligations remain in effect after membership ends.
